My name is Jordan Davis, and I’m the owner of Western Construction & Roofing, a locally owned Roofing contractor serving Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, and surrounding North Idaho communities.

Early in my career, I had the opportunity to work on a slate roof in New Orleans following Hurricane Katrina. That home belonged to United States District Judge Martin L. C. Feldman. This was the first roofing project I ever did.

After the project was completed, I requested a reference letter — and Judge Feldman was kind enough to provide one. Here is what he wrote:

That letter meant more than I could explain at the time and still sticks with me year after year I reread it and try to deliver that service.

I was 20-years-old when I worked on that roof. I showed up early, paid attention to the details, and followed through on every commitment. When the project was finished, I requested a reference letter — not knowing how important that moment would become.
